Our founder and owner Leigh-ann has over 25 years of experience in hair and beauty industry, Leigh-ann’s passion in hair and beauty business started at a young age when she started a weekend job in Acton, experimenting with hair colours on friends and siblings! She acquired her NVQ level 4 certification and has always stayed in touch with top trends via trainings, seminars, exhibitions. She has been running her own business since 2006 and launched “kalanchoe” her latest venture in 2019. Leigh-ann is very passionate of passing on her skills and knowledge to next generation, she has built active network with local colleges and institutions to provide hands on training and mentoring to number of young aspirants. Leigh-ann is both a true hairdressing craftsman and a supreme colour artist. An accomplished educator, Leigh-ann continues to share her knowledge with younger team members.
My name is Claudia and I began my hairdressing career at Kalanchoe in February 2022. I am currently studying level 2 hairdressing at college in which I will become a qualified stylist. I plan to go ahead and study level 3 hairdressing later this year. I have gained so much experience from working with such a lovely team and I'm looking forward to my future at Kalanchoe. I love meeting new clients and I can't wait to face new challenges everyday.
Hi, I'm Lorna and I have been a stylist for eleven years and I love it just as much as I did at the start. I qualified in Kingston and then progressed further, training to specialise in colour and creative cutting. I joined the team at Kalanchoe shortly after it was established and have thoroughly enjoyed helping the business grow. I have a passion for creativity and creating the perfect unique style for my clients. I cherish the relationship with everyone of my clients and strive to deliver the perfect salon experience and result.
My name is Bethan, l'm 26 yeras old. I started my hair dressing journey in 2012 when I did my courses at college. I then took a break whilst I had my children and got married, now I am back and happily working at Kalanchoe. I love chatting and meeting new people and learning new things everyday about my job and the people I meet. I think I'm a happy and bubbly kind of person and I go above and beyond for everything I do.
My name is Tanya and I am a fully qualified beauty therapist for the past 15 years and have had the privilege to have worked in many countries during this time.
At present I am a part of an amazing team at Kalanchoe.
I have enjoyed my career in Beauty Over the years and have grown as a therapist, in addition I am now able to offer semi permanent eyebrows.
I am married and we have two young children who are a delight.
Introducing Marleeta, our Senior receptionist and Sunbed specialist. We are very proud that Marleeta has been working with Kalanchoe since our first days of opening. She is a great asset to our salon, she keeps our sunbeds in a tip top condition and helps us in keeping a clinically clean environment for all our clients.

With over 2 decades of experience working in London, her profile includes working for celebrity hairstylist Charles Worthington. Kellie then embarked on a journey and opened her hair studio in Heathrow, a venture that thrived for 8 years before relocating to Hampshire. She combines precision cutting, creative colouring, and personalized consultations to ensure every client leaves her chair feeling confident and empowered.
